PsychCafe is an online forum with a variety of services, including online individual and group counseling for consumers, support groups, library articles, blogs, e-mail tips, secure e-mail, online resources for a variety of topics, virtual offices for clinicians, and a bulletin board forum to allow visitors to communicate with each other, ask questions or help others based on their own experiences.

If you are looking for a therapist for online counseling, or prefer support groups, we offer both. Group sessions occur in encrypted chatrooms while individual sessions may take place over e-mail, video e-mail, chatroom, teleconference or videoconference! You pick the medium which is most comfortable for you. All sessions take place via secure and encrypted means in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
